I love rock’ n roll music and you will notice it from the first moment that you will come to the Sunrise Apartments as i live there.
this doesn’t meant of course that you will be disturbed by this during your stay at the Apartments..but during the night, if you like, we can meet just outside the “Reception, My Home” for a raki or a Beer and good old rock’n roll and chat till the morning..
I love the nature,the sea,the good food, the simplicity of life and the world of motorbikes.
Also i am a producer of a unique extra virgin olive oil that of course you will taste it for free during your stay at the apartments.

Facilities
Locates at the eastern part of the island of Crete, in the prefecture of lasithi, municipality of Sitia, at the village Palekastro, 1,5 km outside the village ,on the road to Vai and the beach of Kouremenos, the famous beach for the windsurfers
Bild in the middle an olive field up on a little hill at the region by name “Helonaria” have fantastic view to the sea and to the lowland that is spread front . Away from the main road is ideal place for family’s with children..Provides big garden with trees such as pears, figs,,Grenadines, olives and more and parking for free.
Consists by 4 apartments ,2 of 25 m2, 1 of 25 m2 split level with traditional type bedroom upstairs “Odas” and one 40 m2 apartment with separate rooms that can provide hospitality till 5 persons. All the apartments are full equiped with kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker toaster,kettle, individual toilet with shower, separate yard, and all the equipment that is useful for daily use,
Every apartment provides 2 single beds and a sofa that can change to double bed or 2 single beds , that provide's hospitality till 4 persons in it's one. Just on the split level apartment and a double room apartment we can add a camp bed and sleeps 5 persons.
Almost completely renovated in 2020, inside and out with new furniture, fresh paint on the walls, new kitchen, bigger refrigerator only on a "double room apartment" and brand new mattresses with memory foam that will make your sleep unforgettable!
The nearest beach “Plakopoules”, famous beach for windsurfing is only 500 m away from the apartments All the apartments has it ‘s own terrace and the furniture that it needs to relax under the shadow of the grapes and if the grapes are ripe around august , you can cut it and taste it .. The endless nature that surround the apartments and the tranquility of the place that is interrupted only by bird singing and cicadas will make you to leave behind all the problems and concerns that bother you the rest of the year and will make you to calm and relax like never before .
Is ideal place for those who appreciate the beauty of Cretan nature ,with all the problems that nature may bring ,like mosquitos,geckos,lizzards,and other insects,and definitely not for those who search a service of a 5 star hotels and daily house keeping...If you like to wake up with the sound of the birds and cicadas sunrise apartments is a place for you !

Unfortunately, from the climate change , the climate of the year is reduced to two seasons..

You can come to Heraklio by boat or a plain.The distance from Heraklio is around 160 km and there is domestic buses or cars to rent .It will takes around 2,5-3 Hours to come to the village palekastro.
Also you can come directly to Sitia also by boat or a plain and the distance is reduse to only 15 km.
